Since BatchGeo is primarily based on the Google Maps family of products, we inherit all of the terms of service of Google Maps.

Google Maps API for Business - Purchase Agreement (BatchGeo Pro customers)

In addition to the Google Maps Terms of Use, BatchGeo LLC has the following requirements when using our service:

• By using our service you are complying to the terms and conditions of both Google Maps and BatchGeo LLC.
• You have read and comply with our data security & privacy policy.
• If BatchGeo is being used on a website you will not attempt to obsure the BatchGeo logo.
• When referring to BatchGeo either the service or a map, always cite using the full URL including "http://" (example: http://batchgeo.com/)
• BatchGeo reserves the right to refuse service to users for any reason. If a user is a paid customer subscription dues will be refunded for the current month.

Refund policy (BatchGeo Pro)

Beginning your subscription you are entitled to a 30 day no questions asked refund. You can cancel at any point before the 30th day of your subscription and you will receive a full refund for your subscription fees. After 30 days you will be charged every month on the same day of your signup, you may cancel at any time. You will not be eligible for refund after your first 30 days of subscription.
